I visited here as a new patient after my old dentist switched insurance. I am highly impressed! The technology they used to document and x-ray my teeth was new to me but obviously effective. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
As someone who is deathly afraid of the dentist, I was very nervous about an upcoming visit. Kiera was able to ease my anxiety by taking the time and explaining the process to me. She is very knowledgeable and outgoing. I highly recommend paying her a visit. I am actually looking forward to my next visit because of her. I wish I could rate higher than five stars.
First time visit on Nov 22, 2022 and I could not be happier with the care and compassion that this dentistry exhibited. The office manager/dental assistant, Casey, was so sweet and helpful! At the end of my visit, she made sure I had all my correct paperwork, brought me some aftercare to take home, and helped me get set up with CareCredit. I had an infected and cracked molar. My husband did call ahead and schedule an emergency exam/extraction. Upon arrival, I attempted to fill out paperwork and was called back not even a few minutes later. The second dental assistant and dentist were so kind and gentle with me! I am one of those people who are severely traumatized by past dentists so I was already uneasy, and my anxiety was through the roof. They calmed me down, and proceeded to remove my molar with the utmost attention and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! If there were ever a dentistry that I would go visit again, Town and Country Smiles is definitely the place to go!!

I had a wonderful time and received excellent dentistry at Town & Country Smiles. Ashley, my DA was perfect too! She has great chairside manners, great communication skills and is very good at what she does. I could tell that she takes pride in her dentistry and is proud of her work. She greatly increases the efficiency of the daily delivery of quality oral health care. I’m 70 and I have had many dental visits. Thinking about the past and all those dental appointments, I am very comfortable saying that not one of my past experiences have had the professionalism and high quality people this dentist office has.
